   Ed Gillespie is devoted to effective problem solving and process improvement using a disciplined analytical approach.

   Before creating his own company, Ed spent his career in leadership and internal consulting positions.

   His expertise includes product development, process improvement and quality management in the hand tool, plastic bottle, baking, can making, flexible packaging and primary metals industries.

   He was most recently Director, Tool Group Quality for Danaher Tool Group, the maker of Craftsman® mechanics’ tool sets.

   Ed solves chronic problems and improves systems using a broad set of analytical tools including statistical methods, DOE, reliability methods, TRIZ and team processes. In addition to Six Sigma methods, other competencies include Lean Methods, project management, and quality management systems.
